Job summary

The Pharmacist ensures the safe, personalized, and ongoing management of patients receiving specialty treatments, working collaboratively with clinical teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes and improve the patient’s quality of life.

Tasks and responsibilities

Ensure the safe verification and distribution of specialized medications
Analyze and interpret prescriptions with strong clinical rigor
Identify, document, and prevent drug interactions
Monitor, optimize, and oversee medication therapies
Report adverse effects and significant clinical incidents
Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Build meaningful interactions centered on patients’ real needs
Actively contribute to excellence in patient care

Skills and qualifications

Pharmacy license (Quebec)
Experience in pharmacy in Canada (an asset, but not required)
Bilingual (French/English)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Curious, quick learner, strong analytical mindset
Comfortable with computer tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
