If your prescriptions are currently at another pharmacy and you want to transfer them to Pharmacie Martin Gilbert, please contact us, and we will take care of transferring your specialty medications for you.
As soon as a valid prescription is recorded in your file, we will contact you to provide the necessary advice for proper medication use, explain potential side effects, and arrange delivery of your medication according to your availability.
A member of our team will proactively contact you by phone or email to coordinate the renewal of your prescription before you run out of your specialty medication.
If you need an early renewal, please do not hesitate to call us or send us an email.
If your prescription has expired, we can contact your doctor to request a new one.
In some cases, our pharmacists can extend prescriptions. Also, be sure to inform us of any changes regarding your insurance, address, or any changes in your health or treatment.
Our standard processing time is usually 48 hours. In case of a delay, for example, due to a coverage authorization or restrictions from your insurance provider, we will notify you promptly.
