We’re looking for an IT Technician to support an organization of approximately 150 to 200 employees and keep our technology running smoothly. You’ll often be the first person colleagues turn to when an issue arises. Your role is as much about people as it is about technology: diagnosing problems quickly, explaining solutions clearly, resolving issues effectively and providing service that meets our standards.
At PMG, technology is becoming a strategic capability that helps us collaborate more effectively, work more efficiently and simplify daily life for our teams and, ultimately, our patients’ experience. Over the past few years, we’ve built a stronger foundation: more robust infrastructure, improved security, more structured development and operations practices, greater automation, and a more integrated approach to our data and tools. We’re now looking to strengthen the team, refine how we work and increase our ability to deliver value quickly and reliably.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to employees and follow issues through to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, software, accounts, networks and peripherals.
• Manage laptops, monitors, phones and other IT assets.
• Support Microsoft 365 tools, MFA, groups and common access issues.
• Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires, departures and role changes.
• Manage access, accounts and permissions according to established processes.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
• Document procedures, incidents, solutions and reusable knowledge.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and partners when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and help eliminate them through standardization and automation.
• Promote good practices in security, device management and access management.
• Experience in IT support, help desk or IT operations
• Excellent understanding of Windows and office computing environments
• Good knowledge of networks, user accounts, peripherals and troubleshooting
• Experience managing IT equipment and assets
• Ability to work in Microsoft and/or cloud environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, with a focus on service quality
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at once
• Excellent communication skills, patience and a strong service mindset
• Experience with ticketing, device management, identity management and collaboration tools is an asset
Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared passion: taking care of everything for our patients and simplifying the lives of those taking specialty medications. If you're looking for a meaningful and fulfilling career, you’re in the right place.
